Sales Development Representative (Final Expense)

About the role

Veyron LLC is hiring experienced, confident and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for its Final Expense campaign. The position is full-time and on-site in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, with a base salary depending on experience, expertise, communication skills and closing ability, plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers for the Final Expense campaign
• Engage prospects confidently and professionally over the phone
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads and convert prospects into sales
• Handle objections and apply strong closing techniques
• Follow campaign scripts, processes and compliance guidelines
• Maintain consistent call activity and meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Update customer information and call outcomes accurately in the CRM

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of sales experience; Final Expense closing experience is mandatory
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
• Proven ability to close sales and handle objections
• Experience in U.S. outbound sales, life insurance, telesales or call center sales
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting demanding targets
• Self-motivated, disciplined, reliable and performance-oriented

• On-site, Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT
