About the role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing Series A PropTech company. The SDR will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach to property managers and real‑estate owners, driving qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make 120‑140 outbound calls per day using a parallel dialer.
- Enroll prospects into pre‑built HubSpot email sequences.
- Book 20‑25 qualified discovery meetings per month with decision‑makers at property management companies.
- Confirm meeting attendance and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Review recorded calls and apply real‑time feedback from AI‑powered coaching tools.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging and conversion optimization.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
- Strong English communication skills with a neutral or easily understood accent.
- Experience making high‑volume cold calls (120+ calls per day).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently book qualified meetings.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
- Self‑starter who thrives with clear structure and coaching.
