Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Flipdish’s Sales Development team to drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to fuel pipeline growth and support the company’s mission of simplifying restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consistent outbound outreach via calls, email and other channels.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover pain points and qualify prospects.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with territory‑aligned Sales, Marketing and RevOps partners.
• Handle objections using a consultative approach and iterate based on coaching.
• Contribute to pipeline and revenue growth while raising constructive challenges.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development or customer‑facing commercial roles.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in outbound conversations and objection handling.
• Ability to think independently and adapt during live calls.
• Coachability and a strong willingness to learn.
• High ownership and comfort in target‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision‑makers.
