Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Scalemill, you will be the front line of our sales engine, focusing on generating qualified leads and booking meetings for product demos. You will engage B2B SaaS prospects, uncover pain points, and work closely with account executives to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new sales opportunities via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Execute outbound cadences and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Schedule and coordinate online meetings or product demos between prospects and account executives.
• Manage calendar logistics across time zones and ensure smooth hand‑over between sales stages.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outreach targets and track performance metrics.
• Document all prospect interactions and next steps in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team lead to refine outreach strategies and improve messaging.
