Sales Development Representative

About the role

LeadsElevate is seeking a full‑time Sales Development Representative to work on‑site in the Bahawalpur District. You will research and qualify B2B prospects, manage outbound cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and generate a steady flow of sales opportunities for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update targeted prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
• Conduct discovery conversations, nurture leads, and schedule qualified appointments for account executives or founders.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow structured sales workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong inside sales and business development experience with a track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
• Ability to work on‑site, maintain consistent performance in a structured sales environment, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, SaaS or agency settings, and familiarity with cold email and LinkedIn outreach tools is a plus.
