About the role
Smart Haul Dispatch is seeking a full‑time remote Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities among owner‑operators and small trucking companies.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new leads through calls, emails and online channels.
- Conduct needs assessments and explain how Smart Haul Dispatch improves load consistency and revenue.
- Nurture leads, schedule discovery calls or demos, and support smooth onboarding with sales and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, track outreach performance and provide market feedback.
Required profile
- Strong inside‑sales skills with ability to engage prospects, handle objections and drive conversion.
- Experience in lead generation and business development to build a steady pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain services clearly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working remotely with reliable internet.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
