Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to engage US business owners, handle objections, and book qualified meetings. You will help generate new business opportunities for TKTURNERS by promoting our custom software development, SaaS, and AI automation services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US businesses.
• Introduce our custom software, SaaS development, and AI automation services.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings.
• Manage follow‑ups, calling activity, and lead statuses in our CRM.
• Work directly with the founder and development team to build a strong sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Fluent, professional spoken English.
• Strong communication, listening, and objection‑handling skills.
• Experience speaking with US business owners and decision‑makers.
• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or software sales is preferred.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at our DHA Phase 6, Lahore office.
