Sales Development Representative (Night Shift, Office Based)

About the role

A fast-growing company serving the US construction industry with design, drafting and estimation services is building a cold calling team in Lahore. It is looking for Sales Development Representatives to work on the night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time) in an office setting, making outbound calls to US-based contractors and builders. The position is full-time, with a base salary plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US construction companies using qualified lead lists
• Introduce the design and estimation services clearly and professionally
• Build rapport with decision-makers and generate qualified leads
• Record accurate call notes and update lead information in the CRM or spreadsheets
• Follow scripts and objection-handling guidelines and keep improving the pitch
• Work with sales leadership to meet weekly and monthly targets

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent (mandatory)
• Previous cold calling, call center or outbound sales experience; BPO experience preferred
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US timings
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment

Required skills

• Strong communication, persuasion and active listening skills
• Basic computer literacy (CRM and spreadsheets)
