About the role

Reach First is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for its digital marketing services. The role involves cold‑calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call potential customers to create interest in digital marketing services.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow up with prospects daily and nurture leads through calls, webinars, and networking events.
• Identify client goals, budgets, and visions to propose customized marketing strategies.
• Advise clients on ongoing campaigns and provide business consultation to streamline their marketing processes.
• Perform market research and report on emerging buying trends.
• Maintain accurate call logs and activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, PR or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience selling digital marketing services or related B2B sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital and online marketing concepts.
