Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Onsite in Karachi

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing sales team supporting an international development client. This onsite position in Karachi offers a startup‑style environment where you will learn quickly, contribute to lead generation, and build a lasting career in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call prospective clients to generate interest.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospect conversations.
• Book qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead information.
• Support daily pipeline activities and ensure consistent communication with international prospects.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Confidence on calls and comfort with cold‑calling and follow‑ups.
• Basic experience in sales, SDR, appointment setting, or outreach preferred.
• Consistent, coachable, and target‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• LinkedIn outreach experience (plus).
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
