Sales Executive (ASM) – Karachi & Sindh

About the role

Snam Pharma, a leading veterinary and agribusiness pharmaceutical company, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the Karachi and Sindh region. Based in Lahore, you will be responsible for expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and delivering on sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily sales visits across Karachi and Sindh.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, veterinarians, farm owners, and feed‑mill clients.
• Promote the company’s product portfolio and provide technical product support.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and report on sales performance.
• Coordinate order processing, inventory, and delivery schedules with internal teams.
• Prepare regular sales reports and participate in meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience in target‑driven environments.
• Knowledge of livestock, poultry or veterinary pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective planning, time‑management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel extensively within the region, and adapt to diverse customer settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Life Sciences or related field; relevant sales experience in pharma or agribusiness preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer focus and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
