Sales Executive - Cold Calling & Client Acquisition

About the role

Forum BPO is looking for motivated, confident and results-oriented Sales Executives for its Sales & Business Development department in Rawalpindi. The role is full-time, with office hours from 3pm to 11pm, and focuses on outbound calls, client acquisition and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Build rapport with potential clients and maintain professional communication
• Handle objections and negotiate to close sales
• Follow up with prospects to maximise conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and sales performance

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and approaching potential customers
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle rejection positively and professionally
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, cold calling or customer acquisition is an advantage; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
