Sales Executive – Cold Calling

About the role

Convertt, a software house and CRO agency, is hiring two Sales Executives to drive outbound B2B sales through cold calling. You will pitch services, handle objections, and close deals from initial contact to signed contract and payment.

Key responsibilities

• Make a daily volume of outbound cold calls to B2B decision‑makers and business owners from assigned lead lists.
• Pitch Convertt's services, run discovery, handle objections and negotiate on live calls.
• Follow up with prospects, convert qualified leads into clients and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Log every call, deal stage and next step in the CRM on the same day and manage the sales pipeline.
• Research prospects before calling to personalize the pitch and hand closed clients over to the project team with full requirements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales or B2B sales with a proven record of closed deals.
• Fluent spoken and written English, strong objection handling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic computer skills including Google Sheets/Excel, email and a CRM or lead tracker.
• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
