Sales Executive - Furniture & Interiors

About the role

Dzenno Home is looking for a confident, customer-oriented Sales Executive who understands people's lifestyles and the spaces they envision. The role combines sales with product knowledge and showroom presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their furniture and interior requirements
• Recommend suitable products, styles, finishes and furnishing solutions
• Build lasting customer relationships and convert inquiries into sales
• Follow up with prospective clients and achieve sales targets
• Maintain customer records and coordinate orders, stock availability and deliveries
• Create a welcoming showroom experience through effective product presentation

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
• A confident, presentable and results-driven personality
• An interest in furniture, interiors, home styling and design
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Sales or retail experience preferred; backgrounds in Sales, Interior Design, Architecture or related fields welcome
