Sales Operations Manager – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our sales team, manage sales data, track performance, execute email campaigns, and improve daily sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and lead information.
• Track sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
• Prepare sales reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Monitor leads, follow‑ups, and deal progress.
• Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns for lead generation, outreach, and follow‑ups.
• Manage email campaign lists, segmentation, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other teams.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to sales efficiency.
• Maintain sales documentation and SOPs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with email outreach and campaign tools such as GoHighLevel and Instantly.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adhere to CST time zone.
