Sales Executive – In‑House POS Solutions

About the role

IDENBRID INC is hiring its first dedicated sales professional for its proprietary POS system. You will build the sales function from scratch, targeting retailers, restaurants and SMEs across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail locations in person, pitch the POS solution and close deals.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email outreach and networking events.
• Conduct product demos and presentations both online and on‑site.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking all interactions.
• Create the sales playbook, scripts and templates for the Pakistani market.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS or POS systems.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal English; fluent Urdu for client communication.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Outbound sales techniques including cold outreach and LinkedIn selling.
• Basic understanding of software products and retail operations.

• Salary range PKR 60,000‑120,000 per month plus performance bonuses.
