Sales Executive (IT Hardware)

About the role

Outstart Tech, founded in 2017 and based in F-10, Islamabad, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive for its IT hardware business. The company provides quality-focused IT hardware solutions tailored to the needs of businesses across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and build relationships with corporate clients
• Present IT hardware solutions and prepare quotations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Maintain and grow key customer accounts
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, B2B sales or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in lead generation and account management

Required skills

• Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
