Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by visiting markets, managing dealer relationships, and building strong customer connections. The role focuses on acquiring new business, nurturing existing dealer accounts, and ensuring product visibility to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to identify and create new business opportunities.
• Manage dealer relationships, ensure timely collections, and support dealer needs.
• Follow up on purchase orders and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and update client and dealer account information.
• Implement and monitor product displays at dealer outlets according to company standards.
• Prepare and submit periodic market activity and sales performance reports.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to management.
• Facilitate effective communication between dealers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in field or dealer‑based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused attitude.
