About the role
Citi Housing is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Kharian. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, presenting properties, and managing site visits for residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client leads, conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential buyers, providing accurate pricing, payment plans and project details.
- Negotiate deals, prepare sales documentation and coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
- Track sales performance, report market trends and represent Citi Housing at client meetings and events.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in real estate or a related sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to understand client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
