Property Executive – Lease Renewals

About the role

Al Ghurair Properties is seeking a Property Executive to manage the tenant journey with a focus on lease renewals across its residential portfolio. The role bridges tenants, the Leasing team, and Operations to ensure smooth, high‑quality renewal processes and high tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive tenant retention and satisfaction by coordinating renewal activities and addressing concerns.
• Communicate company policies clearly to tenants, setting realistic expectations during the renewal cycle.
• Liaise with Leasing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and the Contact Center to resolve issues that affect renewal decisions.
• Follow up on tenant concerns raised by Operations and encourage corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports on tenant experience and satisfaction for management.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and support the Property Manager in daily department tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
• 3+ years of property management experience, including at least 1 year as a Property Executive.
• Experience in the Dubai real‑estate market (freehold and non‑freehold) with reputable developers or landlords.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, relationship‑management, conflict‑resolution, and communication skills.
