Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive Teddy Mania’s growth by identifying and securing new venue partners for our claw machine and prize vending solutions across the Karachi Division. This full‑time, on‑site position involves building relationships, presenting our entertainment offerings, and negotiating agreements to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential venue partners and generate leads.
• Present Teddy Mania’s solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships, providing ongoing support.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with internal teams for installations and operations.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on performance against targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; college degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email communication.
• Experience using office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Basic reporting software for tracking sales activities.
