Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive generates new business, manages client relationships and drives revenue growth by promoting the company's products and services. The role works closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales agreements, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and follow up with clients for repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback, and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development or a similar customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
