Sales Executive

About the role

Prime Care Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive in Karachi to support customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role suits a proactive communicator who can identify prospective customers, understand their needs and present company offerings professionally, building lasting client relationships and helping meet the team's sales targets. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential customers through outreach and lead follow-up.
• Present products or services, explain their value and answer customer questions.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing clients throughout the sales process.
• Prepare quotations, record customer interactions and keep sales pipeline information accurate.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets while providing attentive customer service.
• Share customer feedback and market observations with the team to improve sales approaches.

Required profile

• Comfortable with customer-facing sales work and organized follow-through from initial inquiry to closing.
• Clear verbal and written communication, confident presenting offers to prospective customers.
• Persuasive negotiation and objection-handling skills focused on professional, customer-oriented outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building, listening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, maintain accurate customer records and organize daily outreach.
• Target awareness, resilience, initiative and a consistent approach to meeting sales goals.
• Good time management and teamwork; able to work on-site in Karachi.

Required skills

• Comfort using email, spreadsheets and common customer or sales tracking tools.
