Sales Executive – Renovation & Fitout Projects

About the role

Home Master is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the Sialkot region. You will build client relationships, win renovation and fit‑out projects, and act as the company’s representative in client meetings and on‑site assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads in Sialkot and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Prospect new clients through site visits, local networking and on‑site measurements.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates and scope documents in coordination with project and design teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, follow up on approvals and close contracts while protecting company margins.
• Coordinate handover of won projects to operations, ensuring accurate transfer of client expectations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven B2C/B2B sales experience in construction, home renovation, interior fit‑out or building‑materials sales.
• Experience conducting site visits, measuring spaces and translating client needs into scope and cost estimates.
• Strong negotiation and closing ability with a track record of managing proposal‑to‑contract workflows.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently in the Sialkot area.
• Local market knowledge of Sialkot and surrounding residential/commercial neighborhoods is preferred.
