Sales Executive - Tax Consultancy

About the role

AK Global Tax Consultancy, a UAE-based tax consultancy supporting business owners in Dubai, is hiring a Sales Executive based in Karachi. You will develop client relationships and introduce prospective business customers to the firm's consultancy services, managing the sales process from prospecting through follow-up and building a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective business clients whose needs match the company's tax consultancy services.
• Conduct professional outreach, introduce the firm's services and arrange discussions with interested prospects.
• Understand client requirements and communicate service information accurately, escalating technical tax questions to the appropriate consultants.
• Maintain records of prospects, conversations, opportunities and follow-ups in sales tracking tools.
• Follow up with leads and support proposals and client onboarding in coordination with internal teams.
• Work toward agreed sales activity and revenue objectives with a client-focused, ethical approach.
• Share market feedback and prospect insights with management to support business development planning.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads and develop a sales pipeline.
• Confident client engagement and relationship-building, including professional follow-up.
• Ability to understand business needs and explain service offerings without making unsupported tax or financial claims.
• Organized management of leads, meeting notes, follow-ups and sales records using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Professional conduct when working with business owners and handling confidential prospect information.
