Sales Executive – Tax Filing & Client Advisory (Pakistan)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote our tax filing and compliance services to businesses and individuals in Pakistan. The role involves guiding clients through complex tax regulations, converting leads into long‑term customers, and ensuring smooth onboarding with our operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients about tax filing and compliance services.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate tax solutions.
• Explain FBR procedures, tax filing requirements, and compliance obligations clearly and professionally.
• Convert leads into clients through effective consultation and sales closing.
• Coordinate with the Operations/Tax Team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize conversions and satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on the latest FBR regulations and Pakistan tax laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pakistan taxation, tax consultancy, or tax filing.
• Strong understanding of income tax returns, FBR Iris Portal, NTN registration, ATL, sales tax and overall tax compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client handling abilities.
• Previous sales or client advisory experience is an advantage.
