Sales Executive - Windows & Doors (Building Materials)

About the role

FRAMEZ is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a background in building materials or construction to join its growing windows and doors business in Karachi. The selected candidate manages the full sales cycle, from assigned leads and customer visits through quotations, negotiations and order closing.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up assigned sales leads and turn inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Meet homeowners, builders, architects, contractors and other prospective customers.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer needs and recommend suitable windows and doors solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and estimation teams on quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales.
• Develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Keep lead follow-ups and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and order-booking targets.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
• Experience in customer handling, field sales, negotiation and closing orders.
• Candidates from windows & doors, aluminium/uPVC, tiles, sanitary ware, paint, flooring, furniture, steel, cement, lighting, home automation or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Karachi's construction and building-material markets is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• CRM use for tracking leads and pipeline.
