Sales Export Nomination Executive (Logistics)

About the role

The Sales Export Nomination Executive will drive cargo sales by identifying export opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and building strong client relationships within the logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to record activities, track performance, and generate accurate sales reports.
• Prepare forecasts and present insights to senior management.
• Negotiate profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor research.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Support junior sales staff through training and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities at an operational level.
• Comfortable using technology tools to streamline processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 40,000 – PKR 65,000 per month.
• Commission of 30% above target.
• Conveyance and petrol allowance included in the salary package.
