Sales Intern - Real Estate

About the role

Gruve Developers, a Lahore-based real estate developer of commercial buildings, villas and townhouses, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Intern. The intern supports the sales team by engaging prospective customers, giving project information and helping with site visits to ongoing developments.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers and provide project information
• Assist with site visits to ongoing developments
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain contact records
• Prepare basic sales materials
• Coordinate with senior sales staff on follow-ups and lead management
• Learn and apply sales processes, support customer service and take part in training to build product knowledge and sales skills
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to build customer confidence through transparent, informed communication

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to explain project details and interact professionally with customers and colleagues
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and support visitors during site tours
• Sales skills to help with lead generation, follow-ups and basic sales presentations
• Interest in training and sales management, including willingness to learn sales techniques and support sales reporting and documentation
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred; prior internship or academic exposure in business, marketing or real estate is an advantage but not required

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets and presentations
• Comfort working with CRM or contact tracking systems is beneficial
