Sales & Key Account Executive

About the role

Sportsible is seeking a dynamic Sales & Key Account Executive to grow its presence in the Islamabad‑Rawalpindi region. You will be responsible for onboarding new sports venues, nurturing relationships with venue owners, and driving long‑term account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach sports venues and potential partners across Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
• Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase Sportsible’s platform.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads, supporting the onboarding and setup of venues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners and managers as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate communication between venues and internal teams (operations, product, onboarding).
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow‑ups, and activities.
• Support growth initiatives and partnership campaigns.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field work and client‑facing interactions.
• Organised, proactive, reliable and able to manage relationships effectively.
• Own personal transport (motorbike preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, partnerships or account management.
• Interest in sports, technology or startups.
• Familiarity with the Islamabad & Rawalpindi market.
