About the role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Lead Generation Assistant to join our Multan office. You will work closely with our U.S. team to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and qualify leads that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Understand client needs and clearly explain our services.
- Schedule qualified meetings and keep lead records up to date in the CRM system.
- Support the marketing team with outreach campaigns.
- Meet targets for generated leads, booked meetings, and conversions.
Required profile
- 2+ years of B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation experience (outsourcing/tech preferred).
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Professional communication style and confident presence.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, structured office environment.
- Willingness to work US EST hours (5 p.m. – 2 a.m.).

- CRM usage for lead tracking.
