Sales Manager – Business Development Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Business Development Specialist to lead our retail operations at a 5‑storey showroom located in DHA Phase 3, Lahore. The role focuses on driving sales of furniture, lighting and accessories while building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day sales activities within the store.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities on‑site.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and upselling.
Required profile
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Relevant sector experience preferred, but fresh graduates from reputable universities are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work on‑site only; no outside sales or external visits.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM.
