Sales Manager - CCTV Cameras

About the role

Ampm Total Solutions is looking for a Sales Manager for CCTV cameras to grow its security-systems business in Karachi. The role focuses on building customer relationships, turning sales opportunities into deals and guiding the sales process for CCTV products and related solutions. It is a full-time position based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to reach revenue and product targets for CCTV cameras and associated systems.
• Identify prospective business customers, understand their security needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation and product presentation through negotiation, order closure and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and other business partners.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, coordinate with internal teams on product availability and delivery, and help resolve customer concerns quickly.
• Monitor market activity and competitor offerings, and share customer and sales insights with management.
• Track sales performance and keep accurate records of leads, opportunities and results.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to sell CCTV cameras, surveillance equipment or related security solutions.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotations and following opportunities through to completion.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain product features and solution benefits clearly.
• Commercial awareness, including sales targets, pricing and competitor activity.
• Organized approach to customer records, sales reports and follow-up schedules.

Required skills

• Confident communication, presentation, relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with common office software and sales tracking tools; CRM experience is an advantage.
