Sales Manager – Digital Marketing Services (Remote)

About the role

Lighthouse Agency is seeking an experienced sales professional to build and lead a sales department for its digital marketing services. This 100% remote, performance‑based position offers equity, high commissions and the chance to shape the company’s sales strategy from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and other performance‑marketing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and generate recurring revenue from acquired clients.
• Develop scalable sales processes and eventually build and manage a sales team as Head of Sales.
• Provide cold leads to support outbound activities and maintain client relationships for ongoing commissions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience selling digital marketing services.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Established network of business owners, executives and decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to generate sales independently.
