Sales Manager – Feed & Livestock Sector

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies for Misaq Impex’s feed additives and nutraceutical products. Based in Lahore, the role focuses on expanding market presence within Pakistan’s feed and livestock industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and conduct client visits across the country.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor sales performance against targets.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate product information.
• Produce regular sales reports, track market trends, and provide feedback to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales, account management or business development experience, preferably in feed, livestock, agribusiness or nutraceutical sectors.
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation and closing‑deal abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data, identify growth opportunities and devise practical sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Sciences or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan for client meetings, market visits and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets and basic business software for lead management and reporting.
