Sales Manager

About the role

CoRecruit is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that automates key recruiting tasks. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our global outbound‑heavy sales organization. You will be hands‑on, driving performance across both outbound and inbound channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of quota‑carrying Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing weekly call reviews and real‑time feedback.
• Own the outbound calling motion: set dial activity targets, monitor connect rates, booked meetings, and conversation quality.
• Work directly with BDRs to scale pipeline, enforce volume expectations, and ensure adherence to the CoRecruit cold‑call framework.
• Conduct weekly deal reviews, identify stalled or at‑risk opportunities, and use HubSpot data to improve stage velocity.
• Manage monthly forecasting, explain variances, and present forecasts to the VP of Operations.
• Score calls against the CoRecruit scorecard and deliver targeted coaching on discovery, demos, pricing discipline, and objection handling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales management or leadership experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high‑velocity sales environment.
• Hands‑on approach with a track record of coaching teams to exceed quota.
• Strong analytical mindset for pipeline and forecast management.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑obsessed attitude.
