Sales Manager – SaaS HR Tech

About the role

Accelerec is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its SaaS HR technology sales across Pakistan. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth of the HRMS and ATS platforms by building and managing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets for HRMS and ATS products.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prospect new business, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline within the HR and talent acquisition market.
• Build long‑term relationships with HR directors, CHROs, recruitment leads, and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client hiring and people‑management challenges.
• Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate and close complex deals, articulating the value of Accelerec’s solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales enablement resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven track record in prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is a significant asset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with sales intelligence tools like Gong.io.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
