Sales Manager – Security & Surveillance Systems (Pakistan)

About the role

SolutionMall is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development for security and surveillance solutions in Pakistan. The role focuses on B2B sales, targeting commercial, industrial, governmental, and institutional projects, and involves building strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer and channel opportunities across sectors such as commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hospitals, schools, and logistics centers.
• Support the full sales cycle: requirement clarification, RFQ preparation, quotation coordination, and delivery follow‑up.
• Promote integrated security solutions, including CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, access control, intrusion alarms, and perimeter security.
• Maintain market intelligence and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
• Establish long‑term partnerships with distributors, ELV contractors, and system integrators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within security, surveillance, or low‑voltage (ELV) solutions.
• Existing network of customers, distributors, or channel partners in Pakistan.
• Ability to manage complex, project‑based procurement processes and coordinate multi‑stakeholder engagements.
• Strong communication skills in English and local market knowledge.
