Sales Manager – Tracking & Security Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Tracking & Security Solutions business in Karachi. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and inspire a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet individual and collective targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that increase market share and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and ensure target achievement.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and timely project execution.
• Forecast sales, manage pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven B2B and/or B2C sales track record.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience in tracking, telematics or security solutions is an advantage.
• Target‑oriented with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
