Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Libra Contractors, a power cable supplier, is hiring Sales & Marketing Executives to grow its commercial cable supply network across Karachi. The role alternates between three outdoor field days and three indoor office days, with office hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Outdoor days: visit electrical retailers, sanitary/hardware shops and wholesale markets to build supply relationships and secure orders; visit residential and commercial construction sites to meet project managers, electrical contractors and builders; distribute product catalogs, discuss cable specifications and present quotations.
• Indoor days: follow up with retailers and site contacts by call and WhatsApp to negotiate and finalise orders; prepare formal price quotations and coordinate order pricing with management; coordinate with warehouse dispatch and accounts teams to track deliveries and payment confirmations; keep daily records of visits, contacts and sales pipelines.

Required profile

• Own a working motorcycle (compulsory); candidates living in Scheme 33, Saadi Town, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Malir or nearby areas are preferred.
• Education: Intermediate, DAE (Electrical) or Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent).
• Freshers are welcome; prior retail or field sales experience is an advantage.
• Available to work 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Required skills

• Confident Urdu communication and basic English.
• Basic arithmetic for pricing and measurements.
• Punctuality, self-motivation and quotation handling.
• Microsoft Office.
