Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

Rockrete Private Limited, a Pakistan-based innovator in exterior flooring with wet cast and dry cast concrete paving technology, is hiring a Sales Marketing Manager. The role leads sales and marketing initiatives to promote its paving solutions and expand market presence across Pakistan, with a primary focus on Karachi. It is a full-time, on-site position involving client relationship management, new business identification and revenue growth through strategic sales planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and coordinate promotional activities.
• Prepare sales proposals and conduct product presentations to architects, developers, contractors and institutional clients.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity.
• Provide feedback to management on product positioning and customer needs.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Marketing strategy and campaign management skills, including branding, promotional planning and digital or traditional marketing execution.
• Customer relationship management skills, including client servicing, stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
• Market research and analytical skills to assess industry trends, competitors and customer preferences.
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple accounts, proposals and marketing activities.
• Relevant experience in construction materials, building products or civil architecture is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu, and the ability to present technical concepts clearly, are preferred.
