Sales & Marketing Specialist (Chakdara Center)

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will promote the National Freelance Training Program’s offerings at the Chakdara centre, engage prospective trainees and help meet enrollment targets. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning local outreach, coordinating information sessions and building relationships with schools, community groups and potential participants.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute local outreach campaigns to raise awareness of NFTP courses.
• Organise and lead information sessions and centre events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organisations and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline: follow up inquiries, provide course details, and record leads and conversions.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and gather participant feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine marketing messages and improve visibility.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation ability.
• Proven customer‑service orientation, empathy and relationship‑building capability.
• Demonstrated sales experience, including lead generation, conversion and basic reporting.
• Experience in sales management or training, overseeing enrollment processes and supporting outreach teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Chakdara and manage multiple tasks in a mission‑driven educational environment.

• Proficiency with common office and collaboration software.
