Sales & Marketing Specialist (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Lahore office. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to develop a career in sales and marketing within an international consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through digital channels, email outreach and social media.
• Support the sales team with lead management, follow‑ups and CRM record‑keeping.
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation and email marketing.
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities in Pakistan and the United States.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and other sales materials.
• Track campaign performance metrics and report results to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media and email marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
