Sales Officer – Onsite in Lahore

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Lahore. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop sales techniques, build client relationships, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales‑related documents.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, contractors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and continuously improve sales and communication skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and develop negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
