Sales Promotion Officer – Pediatrics Division

About the role

Allied Distributors is looking for a Sales Promotion Officer for its Pediatrics Division, covering Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Islamabad. This is a field-based role promoting the company's pediatric pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals and supporting responsible product awareness across the assigned territory. The successful candidate builds professional relationships, delivers accurate product information and contributes to territory sales and promotion objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Visit pediatricians, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare accounts regularly within the territory
• Present approved product information and promotional materials accurately and professionally
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals while following company policies and industry standards
• Plan daily and weekly calls, manage territory coverage and work toward agreed promotion and sales targets
• Monitor market activity, customer feedback and competitor developments and share updates with the team
• Maintain records of customer interactions, field activity and territory performance
• Coordinate with colleagues and managers on campaigns, product availability and follow-up

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal communication and persuasive presentation skills for healthcare settings
• Ability to explain pharmaceutical product information clearly and within approved promotional guidelines
• Experience or aptitude in field sales, medical promotion, territory management and customer relationship building
• Good planning and time-management skills, including call scheduling and consistent territory coverage
• Confidence in meeting measurable targets and following up professionally with healthcare accounts
• Market awareness, adaptability, integrity and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in Urdu and effective professional English are advantageous

Required skills

• Accurate reporting and working knowledge of basic sales records
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and mobile communication tools
