Sales Representative – Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

About the role

IGET Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and relationship management. You will work night shifts, independently managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective prospecting and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers using proven prospecting techniques.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospects.
• Listen actively to customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and track progress.
• Follow up with leads to nurture long‑term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working night shift hours (6 pm – 3 am).
