Sales Representative – Healthcare Billing Solutions

About the role

SCRIPTEM is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to promote its medical billing and revenue‑cycle management services to healthcare practices. The role combines remote prospecting with on‑site client meetings in Lahore and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in‑person meetings.
• Deliver product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with operations and account‑management teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide ongoing client support and follow‑up to strengthen relationships.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical billing.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to conduct market research and translate complex services into clear value propositions.
• Professionalism, resilience, self‑motivation, and strong time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and travel locally as required.
