Sales Representative

About the role

SkilTrak, an Australian EdTech company, is looking for a remote Sales Representative based in Pakistan. The role focuses on consultative business development, building relationships with education providers and industry partners, and selling the company’s placement‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective institutions, training providers and industry partners.
• Design and execute cold‑calling and email campaigns to generate leads.
• Conduct demos, discovery discussions and product presentations with decision‑makers.
• Understand client challenges around placement, compliance and documentation and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline, record activities and manage follow‑ups using company systems.
• Collaborate with operations and customer‑success teams to ensure smooth handover after agreement.
• Monitor market feedback and share insights to improve sales messaging.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery questioning, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Confidence engaging education providers, industry training organisations and institutional decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work remotely and meet targets independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
