Sales Representative

About the role

Matrixx Company is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to promote its range of high‑quality building products across Pakistan. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with contractors, engineers, architects and project managers, and driving sales in line with customer needs and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and site visits, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate terms within established guidelines.
• Follow up on leads to ensure timely closure of deals and coordinate order processing with technical and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales, account management or business development experience in construction, civil engineering or building materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities, with a basic understanding of construction processes and architectural materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent sales experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
