Sales Representative - Lubricants & Petroleum Products

About the role

HKS Global Petroleum is a growing Pakistani lubricant and petroleum products company serving automotive, commercial, industrial and other applications. It is expanding its sales team to cover markets across Punjab and build lasting customer relationships. This is a field-oriented sales role based in Karachi covering assigned territories in Punjab, suited to a motivated, customer-focused professional who can work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers, including automotive businesses, commercial operators and industrial accounts.
• Promote the lubricant and petroleum product range and explain product benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop territory sales plans, pursue leads and work toward agreed sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer requirements and coordinate orders with internal teams.
• Monitor local market activity and share customer feedback and sales updates with management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, orders and account activity.

Required profile

• Sales, business development or customer account management experience, ideally in lubricants, petroleum products, automotive or related sectors.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, present products, negotiate and close sales.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills; confident presenting to business customers and decision-makers.
• Comfortable working toward targets and keeping accurate sales and customer records.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits across assigned Punjab locations.

Required skills

• Good written and verbal communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools for quotations, reporting and customer tracking.
